When we returned to Dubai 14 years ago we automatically returned to the Veterinary Hospital as we had used it when we were here previously between 1987 and 1992 when we had two Golden Retrievers.
We have always been very happy with the service and care that was provided. In the last 14 years the Vet Hospital has cared for 5 of our dogs and a cat. Dr Max Spicer and his colleagues have been unfailingly professional and sympathetic, in responding to all our needs whether at sad or happy times.

Bringing our two dogs to the UAE was a big concern for us and part of our research before committing to the move was to identify a veterinary practice that offered top quality service along with an excellent bedside manner and we found just that with Dr Max Spicer and The Veterinary Hospital. We have been clients of the veterinary hospital since 1986 who have looked after all our dogs and cats since then. They have been especially compassionate for our older dogs and always provided the highest medical care all times.
I first came to see Dr. Max back in 2011 with my first ever dog, Milo, who is now a happy healthy and mischievous 7 year old male pug. I was new to it all and I couldn't have asked for a more sensitive and educational experience for Milo's first years, under Dr. Max's care, which were volatile to say the least. Milo seemed to suffer from almost every ailment a pug could go through and we had a few mishaps on the way, as several new dog owners run into and Dr. Max was always there, without judgment and with full support to lead us out towards the light again and again. I then happened to find a female black pug and Dr. Max encouraged me to rescue her and we have been one happy family ever since. He has been equally gentle through Kenzo's ordeals. The greatest thing about Dr. Max is the fact that he ensures that his team is not only equally competent but that they too hold true to the same values. I want to end on the point that not only is the Veterinary Hospital fantastic with their pet care, but they are equally good at dealing with frantic, worrisome and overly protective pet owners, like myself! It truly is the full package!
We've greatly valued our 7 years relationship with TVH. We have a big family with more than 60 cats and two dogs. Sometimes we bring very difficult cases, but the TVH team always gives dedicated care and tries to be considerate of our feelings. We deeply appreciate their warm support.
